Michael Lee Holsclaw of Willamina passed away peacefully in his home after a well fought battle with colorectal cancer. Michael was born May 7, 1958, in Harrison Arkansas to Donald Holsclaw and Dolcie Purdom. He was 65 years old.

Michael knew at the age of four that he wanted to drive trucks. He started at the age of eighteen and did not stop until March of 2023. He drove all varieties of trucks. Log trucks, dump trucks, rock trucks, he drove long haul for many years and most recently came back to hauling logs. He had a passion for driving, he may not always have been on time, but he always made sure the job got done.

He attended Willamina High School and enjoyed playing football there. He loved all things Mopar, muscle cars, Peterbilt, hunting and fishing, and spent his downtime shooting his rifle or reloading ammunition. He loved his family with a fierce passion.

Michael is survived by his wife Eileen Holsclaw, his three children Amber Littlejohn, Cameron Holsclaw and Shalise Otto, his father Donald Holsclaw, his 10 grandchildren Hunter Spencer, Nacona Littlejohn, Emma, Garrett, Evelyn and Bennett Holsclaw, Raylee, Eva, Heira and Haidyn Otto, and his 4 siblings Tammy Leno, Tim Holsclaw, Linda Mercier, and Kenny Holsclaw. As well as countless nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by his mother Dolcie Purdom and stepmother Patti Holsclaw, his daughter Michaeli Holsclaw, his granddaughter Elizabeth Holsclaw and two nephews K.C. Holsclaw and Chase Morgan.

Services will be held 2:00p.m. Saturday July 8th, 2023, at Willamina High School
